Finds a CardSpaceToken with the given ppid.

Parameters:

ppid - private personal identifier

issuerHash - SHA-1 hash of public key which signed the request

Returns:

CardSpaceToken instance, or null if not found

listByUser

List<CardSpaceToken> listByUser(User user)

Lists all CardSpaceToken objects for the given user by last login date.

Parameters:
