This is the RandomCoder TagLibs project. Currently, there are 4 tag
libraries and 2 function packages:

* escape - EL functions for escaping data.
* format - EL functions for formatting data.
* input - JSTL-compatible HTML forms library.
* security - J(2)EE style declaritive security.
* ui - Common user interface components including a calendar and pager.
* url - URL-manipulation tags.
